Blake Lively showed up as a 1920s gangster on the set of her latest movie. The 36-year-old actress was spotted filming A Simple Favor 2 in Rome.
Lively stepped off a private jet dressed as upper-class woman Emily Nelson. Blake rocked an Al Capone-esque look that featured baggy black pinstriped pants, white suspenders, and a black button-down dress shirt with the sleeves rolled up. While filming scenes for the upcoming sequel, she pinned a bright red rose to her top and completed the look with a gray hat.
The original movie, A Simple Favor, was released in 2018 and was based on the book of the same name by Darcey Bell. It follows an unusual single mom, vlogger Stephanie, as she tries to fit into her community in Connecticut.
She begins to feel like something is missing in her life, but then she befriends another mother—Emily, a gorgeous woman who lives in a modern mansion, has an incredible job and amazing fashion sense. But then Emily disappears, and Stephanie begins to look into her past, which turns out to be very suspicious.
