Kourtney Kardashian admitted she "didn't feel ready" for a photoshoot in a tight dress for The Kardashians three months after giving birth to son, Rocky.

Also, she shared some behind-the-scenes photos from her promotional photoshoot for the Hulu show's fifth season, detailing the challenges of returning to work just three months after giving birth to her fourth child.

“I was 3 months postpartum and I didn’t feel ready for a big shoot like this with a lot of people watching me all day,” Kourtney told fans. “But lately I’ve been changing my thinking and thinking positive! I’m so lucky that I can take my baby to work with me.”

“It's so much fun to be dressed up when I've been sitting at home in my pajamas for months now... It's such a joy to work with my sisters and mom... we really have so much fun together! What a wonderful life!”

The photos show Kourtney wearing a chocolate-colored strapless long-sleeve maxi sweater dress. At that time, her hair was still long.

Kourtney admitted, however, that she wore a strapless bodysuit underneath her dress to look slimmer.
