Olympic champions perform under Armenian violinist’s tune

Adelina Sotnikova (Russia), who won gold in ladies’ singles figure skating at the 2014 Winter Olympics which recently wrapped up in Sochi, Russia, performed under the magical melody of Armenian violinist Edgar Hakobyan.   

Sotnikova took part in a special gala-concert of the 2014 Olympic champions, which was held in Moscow.

With the accompaniment of a symphony orchestra, the world figure skating stars showed their best performances for the audience.   

Tessa Virtue and Scott Moir (Canada), who won gold at the 2010 Vancouver Winter Games and silver at Sochi 2014 in pairs ice dancing, also performed under Hokobyan’s music.
