The Artsakh premiere of composer Avet Terteryan’s opera, titled “Ring of Fire,” will take place on September 1 at the Fortress of Shushi in the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR), or Artsakh. 

The first performance will be devoted to the Independence Day of NKR, and the 85th birth anniversary of Terteryan.

 The “Ring of Fire’s” Artsakh premiere will be held under the auspices of First Lady Rita Sargsyan of Armenia, with the support of the Armenia and the NKR Ministries of Culture, and at the initiative of the Alexander Spendiarian Opera and Ballet National Academic Theatre of the Armenian capital city Yerevan.
