MTV Video Music Awards 2014 took place in Los Angeles yesterday in the evening. The winner of the most important nomination –“Video of the year” was Miley Cyrus with her "Wrecking ball" song. Beyoncé received the special award of Michael Jackson for her great input in music sphere.
The award of “Best male video” went to Ed Sheeran for his "Sing" song, and the winner of “Best female video” became Katy Perry for the video of the song "Dark horse".
The video of the song "Problem" by Ariana Grande won the nomination of “Best pop video”, Drake with his "Hold on (we're going home)" song became the winner of “ Best hip-hop video” award and Lorde’s "Royals" video won “Best rock video” award.
