Legendary System of a Down will be one of the headliners of Russia-based KUBANA festival. The band will perform its old songs and those from a new album to be released in 2013.
Russia’s southern Krasnodar Region will host the fifth festival from 1 to 7 August. The festival will bring together The Misfits, Guano Apes, The Subways, Scooter, Bullet for My Valentine, Enter Shikari, Electric Six and others, Arguments and Facts reported.
System of a Down was founded in 1995 in Los Angeles by musicians of Armenian descent - singer Serj Tankian, guitarist Daron Malakian, bassist Shavo Odadjian and drummer John Dolmayan. During its career, the band has released five albums, all platinum.
