Celeb prankster Vitalii Sediuk struck yet again on Tuesday, Sept. 30. This time the victim was Ciara.

The 25-year-old notorious prankster wore a thong and wrote the phrase “Ban in the US but I rock Chanel” down his leg. He stood next to Ciara and she seemed to be okay and laughed off the incident.
