Gwen Stefani & Gavin Rossdale are getting divorced

Gwen Stefani, 46, has filed for divorce from her husband of thirteen years Gavin Rossdale.

The 45-year-old No Doubt rocker filed papers asking for joint custody of their three sons: 9-year-old Kingston, 6-year-old Zuma and 1-year-old Apollo.

Gavin also filed papers and he is also asking for joint custody.

Sources tell TMZ, who broke the story, that there was no prenup involved in their marriage.

The papers also note that Gwen does not want to give Gavin any spousal support.
