Adele buys a mansion for $9.5 million in Beverly Hills, TMZ has reported.

Adele plunked down $9.5 million on a 6,600 square foot home in Beverly Hills. The house has 4 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, a pool, a treehouse and outdoor train set. 

The seller was asking $9.9 million, so the singer was able to bargain a bit.
