Charles Aznavour arrives in Armenia

YEREVAN. – Charles Aznavour and his family arrived in Armenia minutes ago. Famous singer was welcomed by Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian and French Ambassador Henri Reynaud.

Aznavour answered several questions of the journalists, noting that he came to Armenia to visit Golden Apricot film festival.

During his visit, a star of Charles Aznavour will open in the square bearing French-Armenian singer’s name.

The festival will be opened and closed with screening of French films.
