The Eurovision 2014 Song Contest will kick off on May 6 in the Danish capital city Copenhagen.
Famous Armenian showman, comedian, and singer Aram MP3 (Aram Sargsyan), who will represent Armenia at the event, and with his song “Not Alone,” already held his second rehearsal, during which the special effects for his May 6 semifinal performance were displayed.
Following the rehearsal, Aram MP3 also held a press conference in Copenhagen.
Below is an excerpt from the news conference.
Aram, in Armenia you are known for surprising the audience; they don’t know what to expect from you. So, tell us what can the viewers expect from you in the first semifinal?
Aside from my voice, I plan to present an interesting video series which we have developed with our team; this will make our song more original and beautiful.
I just like to know what you have to say to your fellow Armenians who are petitioning against Conchita Wurst?
To tell you the truth, I’m hearing about this for the first time. I should note that this is not true. I’ve heard such demands from other journalists, and I can describe this as a black PR against me.
