The 55-year-old Jean-Claude Van Damme can be seen delivering a brutal boot to the head in the first teaser for the Kickboxer remake, Daily Mail reported.
Van Damme will once again star in the reboot of the 1989 martial arts cult classic, but this time will play the trainer to the character he played last time.
The brief 20 second clip opens with an aerial shot of a Thai temple, with the trailer's only line of dialogue: 'You tell Tong Po I'm coming for him next.'
It then cuts to a shot of the villainous Muai Thai champ's heavily tattooed and muscular back.
Although we don't see his face, fans know it belongs to Guardians Of The Galaxy star Dave Bautista.
The plot of the remake closely follows the original: Kickboxing champ Eric Sloane travels with his brother Kurt (Van Damme) to Thailand to challenge brutal Muai Thai champ Tong Po.
In the original, Eric is merely paralyzed in the fight, but in the remake he is killed outright, setting Kurt on the path of vengeance.
Vengeance hits theatres in 2016, and a sequel is already in the works.
