Cher, Robert De Niro, and Alec Baldwin helped bring the star power to the We Stand United rally held in protest of the inauguration of Donald Trump, Just Jared reported.
The event was held outside of Trump International Hotel and Tower on Thursday evening (January 19) in New York City, one day before the inauguration.
Some other stars who appeared on stage included Julianne Moore, Sally Field, Rosie Perez, Michael Moore, Mark Ruffalo, and New York Mayor Bill de Blasio.
“These people are a disgrace, but there is hope,” Alec said during the rally. “Trump and Pence think you’re going to lay down. That’s one thing about New Yorkers: You don’t lay down.”
