Fans are left shocked after Iggy Azalea, 27, shares raunchy lingerie snap of herself.

The Australian rapper, 27, took to Instagram on Wednesday with a raunchy photo of herself modelling lacy bra, but many fans were more interested in her almost unrecognisable visage.

'Yoooo has she always looked like this!! I barely recognised Iggy! Too pretty,' one fan commented, while another concurred with: 'Is that you?' Another follower added: 'Damn you look different!!! You're really gorgeous!! Tres jolie'. 

'I was like omg she looks so different what did she do? Then I realised she's smiling! She's actually smiling!! Looking like a goddess always!' another fan suggested. 

Iggy made no reference to her appearance in the image caption, however, simply writing: 'The stuff that don't wear off'. 

Iggy has enjoyed nothing short of a metamorphosis over the years, having famously undergone a nose job and breast augmentation.
