Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin spotted entering marriage bureau in NYC amid rumors they're already married.
Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin have been spotted entering a New York courthouse - and it's known to issue marriage licences, according to TMZ.
The lovebirds were seen walking up the steps hand-in-hand to the'Marriage Bureau' with Justin 'emotional,' eyewitnesses told the gossip site.
At one point the 'crying' popstar allegedly told his fiance of two months 'I can't wait to marry you, baby'.
'Justin said to a court official, "Thanks for keeping it on the DL"' claim TMZ.
Another eyewitness says that official was a judge, which could indicate the pair were actually married instead of just preemptively gaining a license to be wed at a later date.
According to New York State requirements a marriage license 'is valid for 60 calendar days, beginning the day after it is issued.'
Therefore, even if the couple were not actually married on Thursday, they will likely trade vows before the end of the year.
