Scottish actor Daniel Portman, best known as Podrick Payne from the second season of Game of Thrones, was the victim of harassment of older women, he told in an interview with Esquire magazine.
“I’ve been grabbed by so many… like the amount of like older, older women who are very…What can you do? You know? Obviously tell them not to do it. It hasn't happened for a while. In this day and age you’d think that people would be able to separate reality from fiction. I don't want to say it comes with the territory, but, you know, people are crazy about it. It's certainly not cool,” he said.
His hero Podrick was Tyrion Lannister’s squire and he saves Tyrion’s life, who thanked him by sending three prostitutes. After spending time with Podrick, they refuse to take money, hinting that he is a good lover.
According to Portman, fans often ask him what his hero did in a brothel, and are interested in his sexual abilities.
“I would be lying if I said that that hadn't been fun,” he added.
