Father of Duchess of Sussex Meghan Markle said he is ready to testify in the case involving his daughter, BBC reported.
According to the newspaper, Thomas Markle is ready to give evidence during the trial into the case between Meghan and the Mail.
Duke and Duchess of Sussex flied a complaint in October 2019 accusing the paper of misusing her private information, breaching copyright and selective editing.
Prince Harry said the letter of Meghan Markel sent to her father was edited so that the readers had wrong perception of the author.
However, the newspaper rejects says there was “huge and legitimate” public interest in publishing the note.
