Forever 21 brand to be sold for $81 million

The owners of Forever 21 brand said they are considering an offer to sell the retail business to a group that includes Simon Property Group, Brookfield Property Partners and Authentic Brands.
The deal is estimated at $81 million, and the brands plans to inform about the decision on February 11.
Forever 21 filed for bankruptcy in late September and has closed over 200 stores so far.
