Vogue Portugal has shared on Instagram covers for THE MADNESS ISSUE and has been slammed by readers for using 'offensive cover' of madness issue, Metro reported. 

One of the covers has captured a nude model sitting in the bath of the psychiatric hospital and surrounded by two nurses.
