Robert Pattinson has tested positive for COVID-19 and was forced to pause The Batman filming, The Guardian reported. 

A spokesperson for Warner Bros, the Hollywood studio behind the film, said: “A member of The Batman production has tested positive for Covid-19, and is isolating in accordance with established protocols. Filming is temporarily paused.”

Filming for the popular franchise began in January 2020 in the UK but was suspended in March amid the COVID-19 pandemic. The franchise reboot is slated for a 2021 release.
