Bronx-based designer K. Tyson Perez accused Givenchy of plagiarizing his headdress design.
The model with a zipper in the middle of the hat was included in Matthew Williams' debut collection for Givenchy.

After Perez's team filed a claim against the brand, the hat was removed from production and sale. Givenchy representatives have provided no comments.
