Streaming service Hulu has released a trailer for the mini-series Nine Perfect Strangers starring Nicole Kidman. A teaser for the show appeared on the Hulu YouTube channel.

The multi-part film is based on the bestselling novel of the same name by writer Liana Moriarty, author of the television series Big Little Lies, in which Kidman also starred.

According to the plot, residents of megalopolises come to the health center. They hope to beat stress and start a new life. The heroine Kidman is the director of the boarding house, an emigrant from Russia named Masha. Judging by the teaser, her psychotherapeutic methods are far from traditional.

The project was directed by Jonathan Levin. The date of the premiere is still unknown.
