Dior Beauty has revealed its first-ever alcohol-free and water-based fragrance, J’Adore Parfum D’Eau, which features Charlize Theron as the face of the campaign that will launch this September, Hypebae reported.
This game-changer announcement is exciting for the brand as they’ve manufactured their ingenious formula through a patented nano-emulsion process that involves integrating a high concentration of floral oils and water under high pressure. Before the perfume formulation, it was considered impossible to produce an efficacious perfume without alcohol. Leading the charge of fragrance within the beauty industry, Dior has withstood all odds creating a one-of-a-kind lane for itself.
J’Adore Parfum D’Eau is a non-sticky, enduring perfume that casts off a wistful blend of flowers including orange blossom, sambac jasmine, Damascena rose and magnolia, all of which are sourced through Dior’s “Beauty As a Legacy” sustainability program. The refreshing scent elicits the feeling of floating through an orange blossom field.
The J’Adore Parfum D’Eau fragrance retails for $118 USD and can be purchased via Dior’s website.
