The authors of the Netflix series "The Crown" are filming the moment of Princess Diana's fatal car crash, which occurred in 1997, E! News reports.
The creators of the project promised to show the moment of the death of the ex-consort of Prince Charles (now King Charles III) "delicately." "The exact moment of the collision will not be shown," the show's management told E News.
Filming takes place in Paris, near the Pont de l’Alma tunnel, the scene of a fatal car crash. In the fifth and sixth seasons, Princess Diana is played by Elizabeth Debicki.
Earlier, Netflix published a trailer for the fifth season of the series about the British royal family "The Crown".
