The eldest of the Kardashian sisters, Kourtney Kardashian, and her former lover teamed up to celebrate their eldest son's 13th birthday, US Weekly magazine reports.

The 43-year-old Poosh founder and designer Scott Disick, 39, attended her eldest son's birthday party in West Hollywood with family members and friends. Kourtney came with her daughter Penelope, 10, and Scott with his youngest son Reign, 8.

Kourtney's sisters and mother also attended the party, but her husband is not seen in photos published by the Daily Mail.
The couple got married last May in Italy and legalized their relationship a month ago in Las Vegas.
