Hong Kong streetwear brand Clot, founded by Edison Chen and Kevin Poon, is celebrating its twentieth anniversary. To celebrate, it has once again teamed up with Levi's to create a capsule. Their previous collaboration took place last year and was timed to coincide with the Year of the Tiger. Hypebeast writes about it.
The collection includes three models. The first is a denim down jacket with one side made of indigo denim and the other of nylon in navy blue. On the back is a leather patch. The second novelty is an insulated shirt that combines Chinese and American styles. For example, from the first aesthetic they brought frog clasps into the model.
And the last item in the release is the Unionrail 501 jeans. They reference a pair that Clot and Levi's released in 2006. The baggy model is decorated with stripes reminiscent of a bandana pattern, a way the designers expressed their love of hip-hop.
The collection will go on sale on February 3.
