A marketing agency in Thailand is concerned about the personal lives of its employees and is paying for their dates, reports the New York Post.

Whiteline Group has announced that it will offer employees paid “Tinder leave” to explore the dating opportunities on the app. From July through the end of the year, employees can get paid for dates as part of an initiative to improve their well-being.

Employees have reacted to the news with surprise and excitement. One employee shared a video showing her taking advantage of the offer by going on a date during the day.

It all started after an employee had complained that he was too busy to date.

Whiteline Group is paying also for six-month subscriptions to Tinder Gold and Tinder Platinum for its employees.

Whiteline Group managers have said that some studies show that falling in love increases happiness, which means that work is more enjoyable.
