The 68-year-old matriarch wowed guests when she appeared in a striking purple Dolce & Gabbana dress — the same one Kim wore nearly two years ago during the Alta Moda show in Apulia, Italy.

Kris chose the glamorous look for Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez’s lavish wedding weekend in Venice. On Instagram, she shared a series of photos of herself wearing the gown, captioning them: “‘DOLCE DOLCE DOLCE’ in my best Carrie Bradshaw voice… Venice will always have my heart! Thank you Jeff and Lauren for the unforgettable memories — we love you!!”

She didn’t forget to give a nod to the dress’s original owner either: “P.S… Kim wore this gorgeous dress to Alta Moda a couple of years ago. I was obsessed with it! It was just too beautiful not to wear again for such a special weekend!” she explained.
Despite pulling off the look flawlessly, Kris joked that her family group chat didn’t hold back when it came to teasing her for “copying” Kim: “I even got a little shade in the family group chat… Kim, you are my inspiration!!” she wrote.
In her Instagram carousel, Kris also shared a side-by-side collage of Kim wearing the same dress in the summer of 2023, along with a GIF of Carrie Bradshaw stepping out of a Dolce & Gabbana boutique in Sex and the City — a playful nod to her caption.
