Page Six has uncovered a surprising detail about Gwyneth Paltrow’s sex life during her relationship with Ben Affleck.

According to author Amy Odell in her upcoming book Gwyneth: The Biography, the Oscar-winning actress once confided in celebrity makeup artist Kevyn Aucoin about a specific sexual act she enjoyed with Affleck — a detail that reportedly shocked even those close to her.

“This was Gwyneth’s raunchy side, something her friends knew well, but the public never saw,” Odell writes. Paltrow allegedly told Aucoin that she liked “tea-bagging” — a slang term for a sex act in which the scrotum is placed in a partner’s mouth or on their face for sexual pleasure.

Paltrow and Affleck dated from 1997 to 2000. While the chemistry between them was undeniable, their romance was ultimately short-lived. Odell suggests that Affleck’s struggles with alcoholism and gambling may have played a role in their breakup.

“Their physical connection couldn’t overcome his self-destructive tendencies, which may have included infidelity,” the author writes. Odell adds that Paltrow’s friends were skeptical of her relationship with the Good Will Hunting star, feeling that Affleck didn’t always reciprocate her affection. “At times, it seemed like he was more interested in playing video games with his friends than spending time with Gwyneth,” she notes.
