Jessica Simpson reportedly peed herself on stage during live 'Today' show performance — and no one noticed

Despite the incident, the 43-year-old star handled it so professionally that no one in the audience suspected a thing. According to Page Six, Simpson later admitted what happened backstage — with zero embarrassment and plenty of humor.
As it turns out, powerful vocals can have surprising side effects — especially when mixed with a packed schedule and live show nerves. And Jessica isn’t the first star to face this kind of moment on stage. Hugh Jackman once revealed on The Rachael Ray Show that during his early career, he nearly had a similar accident while performing in Beauty and the Beast.
“I had to lift Belle — it’s a super energetic song — and suddenly realized the same muscles you use to sing like that are the ones holding your bladder,” he recalled.
Other celebrities have also confessed to similar onstage accidents, including Fergie, Patti LaBelle, Joe Jonas, and Ed Sheeran.
