$500,000 on trees: Kylie Jenner turns her new mansion into a fortress with a bunker

Reality TV star and billionaire beauty mogul Kylie Jenner is sparing no expense when it comes to privacy and security. According to The US Sun, the 27-year-old has reportedly spent half a million dollars on mature olive trees to create a natural wall around her soon-to-be-completed mansion in Calabasas, California.

Aerial footage shows a lush green “shield” being planted along the perimeter of the property — a strategic move to block out prying eyes. The massive estate is now in its final stages of construction, nearly five years after Kylie purchased the land from Miley Cyrus in 2020 for $15 million.

Currently, Kylie resides in a $36 million mansion in the nearby Hidden Hills enclave, but the new estate is expected to surpass all of her previous residences in scale and luxury.

The ambitious project spans 30,000 square feet and was designed by acclaimed Canadian architect Richard Landry, known for his ultra-luxury celebrity homes. The main house alone will cover around 18,000 square feet and feature:

• 15 bedrooms

• An underground garage for 12 cars

• A private bunker

• A personal sports court

• A massive swimming pool

• A separate security building

• A guest house — all situated on a 4-acre property

Jenner’s obsession with privacy is well-founded. She has faced several stalker incidents in the past and is now ensuring maximum protection for herself and her two children — Stormi (7) and Aire (3) — whom she shares with rapper Travis Scott.

From an on-site security residence to the imposing greenery around the estate, every detail of the property is designed with privacy and safety in mind.
