Kim Kardashian Tests Radical Beauty Procedures in Korea — From Injections to Face Tape

Kim Kardashian is once again proving she’ll go to great lengths for beauty — even if it means flying halfway across the world.

The 44-year-old reality star just returned from a girls’ trip to South Korea, where she, Khloé Kardashian, La La Anthony, and close friend Stephanie Suganami indulged in a series of advanced beauty treatments. They were guided by aesthetics expert Vanessa Lee (The Things We Do), who helped the group navigate Korea’s cutting-edge cosmetic innovations.

“Korea is at the forefront of aesthetics and plastic surgery. Efficiency and quality are highly valued here,” Lee explained. “For me, this trip was about exploring more invasive procedures. Koreans have impressive methods for treating pigmentation, lifting techniques, and skin boosters.”

Exactly what Kim underwent remains unclear. In one photo, her face appeared flushed — likely after a laser treatment — while her eyebrows and hairline were taped down. In another, a dark liquid was being injected into her arm, possibly the famous “vampire” procedure using her own blood.

“Kim was studying both the procedures and their business potential for Skims. This wasn’t just a getaway — it was a true beauty trip,” Lee noted.

Of course, this isn’t Kardashian’s first brush with extreme treatments. She was among the first to try Dr. Sturm’s vampire facial back in 2013, and later experimented with the much-talked-about salmon sperm facial — also tested by Jennifer Aniston and Miley Cyrus.

Fans, naturally, were thrilled and demanded details: “We need the full list of Korean procedures, ASAP!” wrote commenters.

True to form, Kim didn’t disappoint — even staging an in-flight photoshoot wearing her signature Skims face mask.
