Kim Kardashian fans shocked with 'bizarre' detail in her outfit that looks far from comfortable while at a party in Venice

Kim Kardashian stepped out in a very unusual outfit that looks like it was beamed down from another planet. Or at least a decent sci-fi movie, Daily Mail writes. 

The 44-year-old reality TV star wore a pale gray ensemble from Paris-based fashion house Maison Margiela that broke all the rules as she was seen in Venice, Italy.

At first glance, the look appeared like an elegant dress, but it was far from that.

The top portion was actually an elaborate leotard with shoulder pads, a high necklace, and long open sleeves.

It came down over her wide-legged slacks, which is a first for her. The look is bold and is likely not comfortable, not to mention utter hell when trying to go to the bathroom.

However, stylish Kim pulled it off as she looked like a sexy android from outside our solar system.

The event the ex-wife of Kanye West was heading to was the Diane von Furstenberg Award at Teatro Goldoniat Venezia Lido.

Von Furstenberg is a 78-year-old Belgian fashion designer and philanthropist who created the iconic wrap dress in the 1970s.

The wrap dress became a symbol of women's liberation and a staple in the wardrobes of celebrities like Michelle Obama, Kate Middleton, and Madonna.
