“Sex is life’s beauty”: Controversial mom slams Gen Z for being ‘boring’

Carla Bellucci, 44, dubbed the “most hated mom” from Hertfordshire, UK, caused a stir after revealing to What’s The Jam that she and her husband Gio have sex “like rabbits.” She expressed concern that Generation Z has become “prude.”

“Gen Z isn’t interested in sex anymore, and it makes me really sad,” Bellucci said. “All they care about is their phones or comparing their lives to someone else’s curated social media, which isn’t real.”

Her 20-year-old daughter, Tanisha, echoed many Gen Z sentiments, planning to move out because she “can’t deal” with her parents’ nightly antics. “Soon our streets will be full of innocent robots,” joked the former model. “Sex is part of the beauty of real life. Put down your phones and get a life.”

Bellucci emphasized that pleasure is important, but young people today seem to lack flirting skills or interest in dating. “Pornography is accessible to everyone, so apparently young people don’t need to put effort into real relationships. They can find something superficial on their phones or get an AI partner, which I think is absurd,” she noted.

While Carla and Tanisha discuss sex openly at home, the daughter rarely brings guys over, and if she does, it’s only briefly. Tanisha admits her generation’s approach to relationships is “boring.” “I’m not into casual hookups. My friends don’t really talk about sex either, honestly,” she said.

Carla added that social media has drastically changed how young people meet and date.

Tanisha, however, disagrees with her mother that sex is “dying.” “Many of my friends actively flirt and have fun. I want something real, not just tossing myself around,” she said. She admits being happy for her mom but finds the nightly sex talks exhausting: “I constantly have to go to friends’ houses because they’re so active. I get it, it’s natural, but I don’t want to hear it all the time.”

Carla Bellucci has frequently made headlines for her unconventional parenting. In 2020, she spent $10,000 on herself for Christmas and refused to spend on her children. In 2023, she charged almost $200 per relative for the family Christmas dinner, including turkey and a glass of champagne.
