Kim Kardashian shocked by attention to ‘hairy’ SKIMS thongs: “It was just a fun, silly idea”

This week, SKIMS released micro-thongs featuring “fake pubic hairs,” available in various nude shades and hair textures. The internet immediately erupted with discussion — and the items are already sold out.

“It was just a fun, silly idea,” Kim Kardashian admitted at the premiere of the Hulu series All’s Fair in Los Angeles. “But, you know, a lot of people have already done something similar, like John Galliano.”

In 2024, the British designer showcased models on the Maison Margiela runway with artificial pubic hair.

“It’s so funny,” the businesswoman continued. “I’m shocked that it got so much attention. We laughed and talked about it all day.”

The SKIMS micro-thongs, priced at $32, are already sold out, and those hoping to buy the next batch can join the waiting list.
