Kim Kardashian marked her 45th birthday with full Hollywood glamour in Paris. The reality star stunned guests at her lavish celebration in a vintage Givenchy Haute Couture gown once worn by Naomi Campbell on the runway in 1997.

The iconic dress, designed by Alexander McQueen for his first Givenchy collection, “In Search of the Golden Fleece,” is remembered as one of the most memorable fashion moments of the late ’90s — and now enjoys a spectacular revival on Kardashian.

The gown features a gold metallic corset reminiscent of ancient armor, paired with a white draped skirt cascading in asymmetrical folds. A long sleeve made from the same fabric elegantly flows from one shoulder, completing the Grecian-inspired look.
