Pullman Living and Residences Yerevan Introduces Its Showroom to Future Residents

The premium Pullman brand of the French hospitality group Accor, in partnership with Technotun, hosted the official opening of the Pullman Living and Residences Yerevan showroom on December 13, 2025, welcoming partners and members of the media.

The opening of the showroom offered guests more than a preview of future residential spaces. It served as an introduction to the Pullman philosophy itself, defined by premium materials, European design sensibility, restrained tones, and a carefully composed atmosphere. The timing and location of the event were deliberately chosen to highlight the project’s elevated setting, allowing guests to take in sweeping panoramic views of Yerevan at sunset.

Organizers noted that this marks the first time in Yerevan that international hospitality standards are being translated into a residential format. By extending its global expertise in hospitality into the residential sphere, Pullman brings to the Armenian capital the experience and energy of major world cities, including Paris, London, Dubai, and Singapore. The result is the emergence of a new model of high quality living in Yerevan, a residential complex conceived and operated according to international hotel service standards.

Pullman Living and Residences Yerevan occupies a site of approximately 20,000 square meters, with only 20 percent of the area dedicated to construction. The remaining space is allocated to landscaped green areas and leisure infrastructure. The project is currently in an active phase of development, with 15 above ground floors already completed.

Aaron Libinson, Vice President of Operations for Accor in Georgia and the CIS, introduced guests and future residents to the history of the Pullman brand, recalling that in the nineteenth century George Pullman created the concept of luxury railway carriages, an innovation that would later become synonymous with comfortable travel.
