Vanessa Trump stuns at Tiger Woods’ birthday party: What experts say about her transformation

Vanessa Trump caused a sensation after attending a lavish birthday celebration for her boyfriend, golf legend Tiger Woods. The 48-year-old, who was once married to Donald Trump Jr., looked so refreshed and glamorous that guests reportedly couldn’t believe her age.

The spectacular red-themed party was held at the luxury Breakers hotel in Palm Beach and marked two occasions: Woods’ 50th birthday and the 30th anniversary of his charitable foundation.

Vanessa, who has been dating Woods since late 2024, arrived in a form-fitting black dress with thin straps and a corset-style bodice. The knee-length outfit highlighted her figure, while a small slit added a touch of sexiness.

But it was Vanessa’s face that drew the most attention: neutral makeup, a smooth bronze tan, and a noticeably “well-rested” appearance led many to say she looked younger than her years.

Oregon plastic surgeon Dr. Sean McNally (who has not treated Vanessa) suggested that her transformation could be due to cosmetic and surgical procedures.

The expert believes Vanessa may have undergone an upper blepharoplasty in recent years — a surgery that removes excess skin and fat from the eyelids.

“Her upper eyelids look much less heavy, which is typical of blepharoplasty,” he noted after reviewing photos from the event.

Dr. McNally also suggested that her brow shape may have been altered, possibly through a brow lift or in combination with eyelid surgery. He added that her hairline appears slightly higher, which could indicate a more extensive procedure.

The specialist did not rule out Botox, especially on the forehead, as well as laser treatments or BBL/IPL procedures to address skin pigmentation.

However, it wasn’t just her appearance that had changed—her style did too. Choosing a daring, body-hugging dress marked a departure from her typically conservative wardrobe—and judging by the reaction, the move paid off.

Vanessa divorced Donald Trump Jr. in 2018. Last summer, she confirmed her relationship with Tiger Woods by sharing romantic photos of the couple on social media.
