Tom Ford Miami boutique scandal: Sales associate claims boss offered VIP clients sex and intimate photos

Shopping at Tom Ford’s Miami Design District boutique may involve more than just $940 T-shirts. A lead sales associate has filed a shocking complaint alleging that the boutique’s manager offered VIP clients “special perks”, including sex in the fitting rooms, explicit photos of herself, and even threesomes with other employees if clients got distracted by nearby stores.

The employee—long considered one of the boutique’s top salespeople, earning over $200,000 per year—filed a complaint with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). According to the filing, the manager—a tall, well-known socialite in Miami circles—allegedly involved staff in her “games,” while the company turned a blind eye.

Documents obtained by Page Six claim the manager began discussing her sexual relationships with high-profile clients as early as 2020. Among them were a film director (referred to as Mr. B) and the CEO of a major corporation (Mr. L).

The associate alleges the manager forced him to “stand guard” while she allegedly had sex with Mr. B in a fitting room and even asked him to distract the client’s wife with cosmetic demos.

He claims he went along to protect his position in the boutique’s elite team and feared repercussions if he refused.

The scandal reportedly extended to Mr. L, with the manager allegedly suggesting that future business cooperation depended on the employee’s participation in sexual acts—including plans for a FaceTime threesome. The complaint also mentions the manager’s relationships with other VIP clients.

In October 2025, the associate filed an official complaint against Tom Ford Fashion, which was acquired by Estée Lauder for $2.8 billion in 2023. He claims the company initially took no action, later pressured him, and eventually fired the manager.

The EEOC has opened an investigation, which could pave the way for a potential lawsuit.

In a statement, Tom Ford Fashion said: “The company is committed to maintaining a workplace free from discrimination and harassment. We have thoroughly investigated this matter and categorically disagree with the description of events provided by the employee.”
