Bella and Gigi Hadid’s Mom Yolanda Hadid, 62, Is Engaged and Preparing to Marry for the Third Time

Yolanda Hadid, the mother of supermodels Bella and Gigi Hadid, is reportedly preparing to walk down the aisle once again. According to TMZ, the 62-year-old former model has accepted a marriage proposal from American businessman Randy Kendrick.

Kendrick is the founder and CEO of Xebec, an industrial logistics real estate company, and also serves as chairman of Sandow Lakes Ranch Venture.

The engagement comes as a surprise, as Yolanda ended her relationship with her previous fiancé, construction executive Joseph "Joey" Jingoli, in early 2025. The couple dated for nearly six years but never made it to the altar.

This will be Yolanda’s third marriage. She was married to real estate developer Mohamed Hadid from 1994 to 2000, and together they share three children: Gigi, Bella and Anwar Hadid.

In 2011, the former model married Grammy-winning music producer David Foster. The couple divorced six years later.

Yolanda has not publicly commented on the reported engagement. However, if the reports are confirmed, another wedding could soon be on the horizon for one of the fashion industry's most famous families.
