Toothless Mickey Rourke sparks fan concern with frail appearance on Los Angeles walk

Mickey Rourke has been spotted by paparazzi in Los Angeles, and his gaunt appearance has sparked serious concern among his fanbase.

The 73-year-old former professional boxer and Hollywood star looked visibly frail during his outing. In the reporters' photos, it was noticeable that the actor was missing several teeth. The troubled star was dressed in a dirty gray zip-up hoodie, with the hood pulled over his head.

Rourke was walking his small white dog, wearing faded jeans and sunglasses. The actor has been navigating a difficult chapter lately; in late 2025, he was hit with a scandalous eviction from his Los Angeles home over an unpaid rent debt totaling nearly $60,000.

Rent Scandal and the Rejected Fundraiser

At the time of the eviction, Rourke’s representatives told The Daily Mail that the actor "stopped paying rent solely because the living conditions in the house had become completely unbearable."

Upon learning of their idol's financial struggles, fans quickly raised $100,000 through a GoFundMe campaign launched by Rourke’s assistant manager, Kimberly Hines. However, the Angel Heart star flatly refused the money, blasting the crowdfunding effort as a "cruel embarrassment."

Despite the actor's defense, a Los Angeles court issued a default judgment in March in favor of the landlord, Eric T. Goldie.

According to court documents filed in late December, Rourke owed $59,100 in back rent. The actor failed to respond to the eviction notice within the timeframe required by California law, resulting in an automatic loss of the case.
