A$AP Rocky has found himself in the crosshairs of a major backlash following an explicit and bizarre shout-out to female fans during his latest concert. Many internet users slammed his comments as deeply disrespectful, with some going as far as urging his longtime partner, Rihanna, to dump him immediately.

The incident unfolded during the 37-year-old rapper's performance in Phoenix, Arizona, as part of his Don't Be Dumb Tour. At one point during the show, Rocky paused to address the women in the crowd. "Thank God y'all didn't know me when I was single, because I would've f**ked every single one of y'all," the rapper declared from the stage.

While a segment of the crowd erupted into cheers, the mood quickly shifted once footage of the moment hit social media, triggering a massive wave of criticism.

'He has three kids, this is pure cringe'

Many fans pointed out that such rhetoric is completely unacceptable for a man who is in a committed relationship with Rihanna and with whom he shares three children.

The Fenty mogul had notably been supporting her beau, accompanying him on several previous stops of the tour.

Commenters under the viral clip did not hold back:

However, die-hard fans jumped to the rapper's defense, arguing that the comment was clearly a joke and that internet critics were blowing things out of proportion.

Despite the raging debate online, Rihanna herself seemed completely unbothered by the noise. On Wednesday, the superstar was spotted enjoying a relaxed shopping spree in Beverly Hills. Accompanied by an assistant carrying bags from luxury boutiques, the singer looked entirely calm and happy.
