Speaking to The Daily Mail, cosmetic dermatologist Dr. Hassan Galadari shared his insights on the evolution of Nicola’s look.

"Nicola Peltz has always been a beautiful woman, but her appearance has certainly undergone subtle changes over the years," Dr. Galadari notes. "While it is impossible to state with 100% certainty which specific procedures she has had without an in-person examination, it is highly likely that botulinum toxin injections were used to keep her forehead smooth and soften expression lines.

Her brows now sit slightly higher than in earlier photos. This could be the result of a subtle brow lift—either surgical or non-surgical, achieved through expertly placed Botox.

Nicola’s nose also appears more refined than in her youth. Such an effect is typically achieved through either a classic rhinoplasty or non-surgical liquid nose jobs using fillers, though it's impossible to confirm from photos alone."

However, it was the actress's skin quality that struck the expert the most. "Her skin looks incredibly smooth, radiant, and even. This is the exact 'glass skin' effect that has become synonymous with modern beauty aesthetics. This result is frequently achieved through Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) treatments, including Lumecca Peak technology, which targets pigmentation, redness, and signs of photoaging. As for the altered shape of Peltz-Beckham’s pout, top UK aesthetic doctor Dr. Rosh suggested it is likely the result of a trendy "lip flip" procedure (shaping the lips with Botox) or regular micro-doses of soft dermal fillers.
