Kendall Jenner is determined to fiercely protect her new relationship with actor Jacob Elordi from the interference of her famous mother, Kris Jenner. According to sources at RadarOnline.com, the 30-year-old model has launched a full-blown rebellion after learning about producers' plans to discuss her private life in the upcoming season of The Kardashians.

Insiders claim that Kendall has essentially delivered an ultimatum, threatening to completely walk away from the family's reality show if her new beau's name is mentioned on air.

The main obstacle for the model is that within the reality show format, she doesn't hold many levers of control.

"If Kris wants to turn this into a storyline, she doesn't even need Kendall. She can just bring it up and gossip about it with one of the other sisters right in front of the cameras," a source notes.

Kris Jenner reportedly views her daughter's reaction as overly dramatic. As a counterargument, the matriarch points to Kendall's younger sister: Kylie Jenner's relationship with Hollywood actor Timothée Chalamet is constantly discussed on the show without causing any scandals. However, Kendall remains unyielding.

"She is genuinely into Jacob and doesn't want her mother ruining it," the insider adds.

Sources previously reported that the 28-year-old Euphoria star has been showering Kendall with incredible attention.
