From $1,170 to $2,250: Miu Miu Unveils Updated Cult "Bubble Shoe" Sneakers

Fashion house Miu Miu revisits its archives once again. For the Fall/Winter 2026 season, the brand has refreshed its sporty Bubble Shoe silhouette, adding lightness, modernity, and a touch of luxury.

First introduced in the early 2000s, the Bubble Shoe sneaker makes its return in a softer, deconstructed form. The brand seamlessly blends retro athletic aesthetics with Miuccia Prada's signature playful femininity.

The upper features lightly padded soft leather and suede, providing the comfort of an everyday shoe while maintaining a premium level of craftsmanship.

The nylon and suede iteration (Nylon Ricamo/Scamosciato), which debuted on the Paris runway, is embellished with jewelry-style embroidery across the entire upper. This design choice elevates the archival athletic model into the realm of true evening luxury.

The signature "bubble" sole has been made lighter, featuring layered translucent details and sculpted contours that look just as relevant over 20 years later.

The collection launches as part of the Fall/Winter 2026 season. Pricing starts at $1,170 for the base version and reaches $2,250 for the embroidered model.
