13:22 30 July, 2026Kanye West has reached a settlement with his former personal assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, who accused the rapper of sexual harassment and sexual assault.
According to court documents obtained by the Daily Mail, Pisciotta’s legal team has officially notified the court that the lawsuit has been resolved.
The agreement is classified as "unconditional," and attorneys will ask the judge to dismiss the case entirely within 45 days. The financial payout and specific terms of the settlement remain undisclosed.
Lauren Pisciotta worked with West from 2021 to 2023, serving as his personal assistant and chief of staff across his music and fashion empires.
She initially filed her lawsuit in 2024 before dramatically expanding her claims in the summer of 2025. According to Pisciotta's filing, the rapper:
Inappropriate Messages: Regularly sent her sexually explicit text messages and pressured her into sex.
Private Jet Incident: Masturbated in front of her on board a private flight.
Hotel Encounter During Donda: Forced her into bed with him at a hotel while working on the Donda album before attempting to grope her.
Allegations of Assault: Stormed into her hotel room under the pretext of taking a shower, dropped his towel, pinned her to the bed, and sexually assaulted her.
Pisciotta asserted that she repeatedly tried to reject the musician's advances, emphasizing their unprofessional nature. However, West allegedly continued the harassment despite occasional apologies.
Kanye West and his legal team vehemently denied all allegations from the outset of the proceedings.
