11:17 5 August, 2026The 32-year-old fiancée of the famous football star has responded to criticism of her appearance by posting photos in a white bikini and reflecting on natural changes to the figure.

Ahead of her wedding to 41-year-old Cristiano Ronaldo, Georgina Rodríguez faced a wave of negative comments on social media over photos taken during a yacht vacation. In response, she shared an inspiring post, stating that she is proud of her curves and has no intention of conforming to imposed beauty standards.
"I love my curves"
Georgina noted that changes in a woman's body with age and after childbirth are a natural process that proves a person is alive. The mother of six emphasized that she wants to set the right example for her daughters. "My body will change, just like the bodies of all women. And I hope this continues for many more years, because it will mean I am still alive... If there is one thing I want to teach them, it is that a person's worth can never depend on their appearance or the opinions of strangers."

The model also admitted that the harsh attacks made her anxious, as she earns a living through her media presence. However, her superstar fiancé helped support her. "I talked to Chris about it and told him, 'I'm worried that people are calling me fat now, since I earn a living from my appearance.' To which he replied, 'You don't live off your appearance. You live off of who you are. An ideal woman, beautiful, with a great figure, a mother, a good person, successful, and living with love. What else could you want?'"
According to media reports, the wedding of Cristiano Ronaldo and Georgina Rodríguez will take place this week in the football star's hometown — Funchal on the island of Madeira.

The wedding ceremony is scheduled at Funchal Cathedral. The reception will be held at the five-star Savoy Palace hotel, where several floors and bars have already been reserved for guests.
