The singer joined the carnival parade of her brother's band, Aura, making a triumphant return to the street celebration (she last attended in 2024). For the outing, the star chose a spectacular custom outfit by local designer Lauren Austin, with whom she has collaborated for many years.

Rihanna's look traditionally did not disappoint her fans. The costume is completely covered in multicolored gemstones and sparkling crystals.
The outfit is complemented by delicate tassels, an intricate headdress, and a voluminous feathered bustle.

The Crop Over festival is the island's oldest and main celebration, with roots dating back to the 18th century. For Rihanna herself, the event has long served as a personal runway where she regularly showcases vibrant looks featuring feathers, crystals, and metallic bikinis.

At the same time, her choice of wardrobe for the carnival is a matter of principle. While for red carpets and the stage the singer prefers global brands, in her homeland she invariably supports local craftsmen, emphasizing the uniqueness of Bajan culture.

"I love how bold Rihanna is," designer Lauren Austin noted in an interview with Vogue. "Her style is edgy, and she's not afraid to wear what she wants, when she wants."
