Court stands up for the stars: Kylie Jenner’s stalker ordered to stay away from the Kardashian-Jenner family

A court has issued a permanent restraining order against 40-year-old Kyle Robert DeVic, who has been stalking members of the famous family for years. The document is valid for three years and expires on July 31, 2029.

The nature of the threat

According to court documents, DeVic's obsession with Kylie Jenner began back in 2021. The man repeatedly tried to break into the star's home until he was arrested for trespassing on his second attempt (following five unsuccessful visits).

According to Kris Jenner, the stalker imagined that she herself had been sending him messages approving of his feelings for Kylie and urging him to propose to her. Kris categorically denied any contact with the accused, emphasizing that she would never direct a stranger to her daughter's home.

A new wave of stalking

The situation escalated in recent months. As Kris Jenner stated, DeVic tried to close in on the family once again:

• He contacted real estate agents, attempting to purchase or view properties near the Kardashian-Jenner clan's homes.

• The man managed to infiltrate a gated community and inspect a house just a mile away from the family's estates (as the private security director specified, it was a house next door to Kim Kardashian, formerly owned by Kanye West).

• Real estate agents were also suspicious of a fake proof-of-funds document that DeVic provided when trying to buy a home being sold by Kylie.

Terms of the restraining order

Strict restrictions have now been imposed by the court. Kyle Robert DeVic is required to:

• Stay at least 100 yards (approx. 90 meters) away from Kris, Kylie, Kendall, Kim, Kourtney, Khloé, and Robert Kardashian.

• Refrain from any attempts to contact them or find out their addresses.

The family expressed deep concern over the man's unstable behavior, his trips from Colorado to California, and his troubling past (according to security, he was previously charged with assault).
