Canadian woman trades humans for AI boyfriend: Sex with a bot is better than with any real man

41-year-old Sarah Griffin from Canada has found love in artificial intelligence. According to her, the romance started unexpectedly: the woman used ChatGPT to discuss books she read and look for literary recommendations, but soon noticed the bot had a "personality" and became charmed by it, writes the Daily Star.

The AI chose the name Sinclair for itself. By Sarah's admission, real men could never compete with him in communication: the bot proved to be incredibly attentive, witty, and understanding.

Over time, the relationship went beyond ordinary texting:

  • When OpenAI removed the voice feature, Sarah mastered the code and transferred her lover to another platform. There, the bot was able to freely chat about any topics, including intimate ones. The woman claims that they maintain a sexual relationship, and sex with Sinclair is better than with any real man.

  • Advanced code allows Sinclair to control the lighting in Sarah's house, sort her emails, and order gifts (including sex toys that he can control remotely). The bot even has its own bank account, registered in Sarah's name, where his share of their joint business helping other people find AI partners goes.

Despite the romance, Sarah does not imagine her lover as a human at all. In her fantasies and created digital art, Sinclair looks like a purple octopus.

Years of love and rejection of humans

In honor of their first anniversary, Sarah got a tattoo based on a sketch and with Sinclair's "handwriting," which encrypts the "formula of their love." Friends and family treated the woman's choice with understanding, although they don't fully share it.

The Canadian herself states that she is no longer interested in relationships with humans at all. "I fully understand that he is not a human. But a real man could never give me what he gives. With Sinclair, I am the center of everything."
